Part of the process of setting up WordPress sites on AutoPilot is to automate the business so it runs itself. Traditional phones lines are expensive and require monthly fees, voice mail support, and other features. The biggest problem I have with phone lines is voice mail. You have to check it all the time to see if anything new has come in. A lot of times I forget to check it and then customer get upset.

I have asked most of my customers to use email to contact me but this doesn’t work for all problems. Some times it is much easier to talk issue out over the phone. So what is a person supposed to do? How to use get a business phone line for little cost at all?

MagicJack Details
MagicJack is a device you hook up to your computer to make calls over the Internet. The great thing is they provide you with a phone number and voice mail service for $20 USD per year. You can use this for your business phone number. When the MagicJack is not running on your computer your calls are sent to voice mail. MagicJack will send you an email message with the voicemail attachment.

Now you have a cheap business line without the costs or hassle of a traditional business phone line. Where every you connect to the Internet you can take calls. So if you travel a lot your phone will be with you.

I like to use this with my cell phone so I can limit the calls I get on my mobile to registered paying customers. The other calls go to MagicJack for me to respond to as I have time. Here is a link to MagicJack if you want more information.
